Saturday, July 9thA Day with Francis the Shepherd – From 10 am to 5 pm, Francis Chester, the founder of Cestari Sheep & Wool Company, will be at Fiberworks to share his yarn, the history of the company and the life of a shepherd with us. Cestari yarns are made entirely in the U.S., from raising the sheep to spinning and dying the yarn, and is a small, family owned and operated business. They make great efforts to preserve the quality of the wool during processing, resulting in a springy yarn with soft, natural texture. Francis is bringing a truckload of his yarn – every yarn in every color to drool over – and we will provide refreshments to help keep your energy up.
